Overview
David is a specialist in business and property litigation and Head of the Business and Property Team at Nine.
The principal areas of his practice are:

As well as advisory and drafting work, he has extensive experience of litigation in the High Court, the County Court, the Property Tribunal (including the Upper Tribunal) and the Court of Appeal.
He is recommended for both Chancery and Real Estate Litigation by Chambers and Partners in 2024 and has been ranked by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 for a number of years.
In 2015, he was trained and accredited as a mediator by CEDR and, since then, has been regularly engaged as a mediator; mainly, in disputes involving property and the administration of estates.
