Ben Morris instructed in landmark case for the insurance industry

Ruling in Dickson v NFU Mutual Insurance Services

Ben Morris was instructed by Browne Jacobson to represent NFU in a two day trial in Carlisle County Court before His Honour Judge Peter Hughes QC. The Judge found that a number of criminal offences may have been committed through Preston firm Barber & Co who were Third Party as to costs in the proceedings.
