Tom Gilbart appointed to the Disciplinary Panel of The Rugby Football Union
The Rugby Football Union has appointed Tom Gilbart to hear disciplinary cases as from the start of the 2019/2020 Rugby Union Season.
Tom is a keen rugby fan and is also a junior rugby coach.
This appointment compliments Tom’s work in regulation and professional discipline.
