Jennie Ferrario assists in settling a complex Pro Bono case for Advocate

Jennie provided advice to the Claimant and her family, in a long running disability discrimination claim for a remedy hearing. The medical experts were at odds in relation to when, if at all, the Claimant would be able to return to similar work. Jennie assisted in helping the parties to reach an amicable settlement.

The Claimant’s father said “Jennie’s involvement was fundamental in helping us reach a satisfactory conclusion to the case.
