We are proud to share that on 14 May 2025, Norman Lamb, a respected member of our Business and Property Team, was invited to speak at the Liverpool Law Society Private Client Conference.

His presentation, “Action to be Taken After Non-Compliance with Larke v Nugus Requests”, explored a crucial area in contested probate particularly cases involving will validity, mental capacity, and allegations of undue influence.
