Workshop on Drafting Thresholds in Care Proceedings Delivered to Bolton Local Authority Solicitors

Nine Chambers recently hosted a specialist workshop for solicitors at Bolton Local Authority on “Drafting Thresholds” in care proceedings.

The session was delivered by barristers Sarah Kilvington and Emily Landale, who shared practical insights and best practice in this important area of family law. Their presentation included examples drawn from practice to illustrate effective approaches to threshold drafting.

The event was well received and reflects the chambers’ ongoing engagement with professionals working in the public law children sector.
