Overview
Natasha is a Second Six Pupil in the Employment Team under the supervision of Martin Mensah.
Before coming to the Bar, Natasha worked in a school improvement capacity as a Specialist Leader of Education. She was also employed in senior leadership posts within schools. Natasha began volunteering with various legal advice charities in order to assist litigants with Tribunal appeals; consequently, she won scholarships to study for the GDL and BPTC. Natasha volunteered as an advocate in SEND Tribunals, and she has worked as an education law and discrimination law paralegal at a large children’s charity. Prior to starting her pupillage, Natasha volunteered as a caseworker on a range of employment law cases for Advocate, and she assisted with equality and diversity compliance at a national anti-poverty charity. Natasha currently volunteers as a mentor to pupillage applicants with Bridging The Bar.
