Originally from Stoke-on Trent, Julia moved to Manchester in 2003 and commenced her clerking career. Having joined Chambers as a Civil Clerk in 2008, Julia has excelled into the role of Practice Manager for the Commercial, Business & Property, Employment and Education Groups. She is responsible for 40 barristers across those practice areas and for leading a renowned clerking team.
Julia enjoys working closely with clients and is widely renowned for her impeccable, effective, helpful and reliable service. Julia is always keen to assist clients with both their representation and training needs.
Outside of Chambers, Julia enjoys spending lots of quality time with her family, eating good Sicilian and Italian food, cooking, cinema, sport and travel.
Julia is a member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks and of the Manchester Law Society Ambassadors group.
