Ped is the Practice Manager for the Family Team and has been responsible for overseeing their success and growth over the last decade. Under Ped’s leadership, the Family Team as it has increased its market presence within the Northern Circuit and gained rankings in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.
Ped utilises a knowledgeable, honest and efficient approach to clerking along with a deep understanding of the talent of Counsel to provide effective service to his clients. He is always happy to arrange bespoke seminars covering a wide range of topics and also social events for clients on a large or small scale.
In November 2011 and alongside his work, Ped completed a BTEC Advanced Award in Chambers Administration passing with a mark of Distinction. During 2021/22 he also completed an ILM Level 4 in Managing & Leading People Performance
Away from Chambers Ped can often be found reminiscing of the halcyon days when Man United were actually good, relaxing by taking his frustrations out on an innocent Golf Ball of a weekend or travelling with his partner. However the recent birth of their baby boy in 2023 will likely change the above priorities in life somewhat as he negotiates life as a dad.
