Man Cleared of Sexual Grooming and Sexual Activity With a Child
Tom Gilbart has successfully defended a man charged with grooming a 14 year old girl through Facebook and then having sexual intercourse with her. The defendant was acquitted after a seven day trial at Newcastle Crown Court which received substantial local press attention.
