Nine Chambers becomes a Friend of the Serious Injury GuideNine Chambers is pleased to announce that we have formally become a Friend of the Serious Injury Guide (SIG).
The Serious Injury Guide is a collaborative framework used within serious personal injury litigation to support constructive engagement between claimant and defendant representatives. Its purpose is to promote early, effective communication; encourage appropriate and timely rehabilitation; and assist in progressing serious injury cases in a cooperative and efficient manner.
Being recognised as a Friend of the Guide reflects Nine Chambers’ support for these principles and our commitment to working collaboratively with solicitors and insurers involved in serious injury claims. 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of the Guide.
Brian McCluggage, Head of the Personal Injury Team at Nine Chambers, comments:
“Nine Chambers is proud to have become a Friend of the Serious Injury Guide. Our barristers welcome the opportunity to work with solicitors acting for claimants and defendants in serious personal-injury cases who place the Guide’s objectives of early rehabilitation and efficient case resolution at the heart of their practice.”
Nine Chambers is now listed among the Friends of the Serious Injury Guide, reflecting our commitment to collaborative, fair and effective practice in serious injury litigation on behalf of both claimants and defendants.
