Two members of chambers have recently acted for Greater Manchester Police

Two members of chambers have recently acted for Greater Manchester  Police in obtaining the first anti-gang injunction in the North West.  Ed Morgan successfully secured the interim order whilst Richard Price appeared for GMP at trial when a final injunction was granted. The statutory power granted to Police forces and Local Authorities to apply for such injunctions under Part 4 of the Policing and Crime Act 2009 came into force on 31 January 2011.
