David Gilchrist, Greg Lawton and Harrison Edmonds speak at Business and Property breakfast seminar

Yesterday our Business and Property Team hosted a Breakfast Seminar for probate practitioners, on three topics:

• David Gilchrist explored the law on undue influence and the contrast between the doctrines as applied in probate claims and in equity;
• Greg Lawton discussed abuse of lasting powers of attorney for property and financial affairs; and
• Harrison Edmonds and Greg Lawton shared practical tips on preparing for and conducting advocacy in civil hearings and trials.
