Overview

Harrison accepts instructions across the broad range of commercial and chancery work undertaken within Chambers. He has been instructed in multi-track trials in the County Court, as well as in the Business and Property Courts of the High Court.

Harrison has a burgeoning paper practice providing advice and finding practical solutions both prior to the commencement of litigation and once proceedings are underway. In addition, he is also instructed in respect of alternative dispute resolution including mediation.

Before being called to the Bar and returning to Manchester, Harrison worked in London as a paralegal at Signature Litigation LLP, a specialist law firm handling major and complex commercial arbitration and litigation in the High Court. Harrison also takes on pro-bono work and has provided representation through Advocate’s Manchester Chancery Litigants-in-Person Support Scheme (“M-CLIPS”).
