Robert Smith Prosecutes Multi Handed Immigration Conspiracy

Yesterday, three defendants were sentenced for their role in a conspiracy to smuggle non-EU nationals into the United Kingdom.

This five week trial, prosecuted by Robert Smith, involved the presentation of significant volumes of telephony and banking material.

The case was the subject of a Home Office promotional tweet and has also been reported in the national media.
