Suspended sentence for defendant convicted of possessing cocaine with intent to supply

Robert Smith represented the defendant who pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cocaine. Following a trial of issue earlier this month and a plea in mitigation at the sentence hearing yesterday, the defendant avoided immediate custody and received a two year suspended sentence.
