The Business & Property Group provides an expert and comprehensive service to clients across a wide range of business and property work.

The main focus of our work is litigation with members of the Group regularly appearing in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal as well as the specialist tribunals, such as the Land Registration, Tax and Residential Property Chambers. Interim remedies, such as injunctions, also comprise a significant part of our work.
